Details should be realistic for this inner forearm tattoo of a laceration with irregular, jagged edges that are bruised, abraded, and the skin is inverted around the edges showing torn tissue and bridging strands and dried blood, using shading for depth and color for realism (reds, purples, deep shadows) to create a torn-open effect revealing the two bones inside. The larger bone should be much more exposed and on it, fette fraktur font, says LOYAL, carved into the bone to give a bold, high contrast look, letters should follow the natural bone curvature at the top and bottom edges, heavy, dark strokes for the outline of the letters with shadowy edges and gray wash shading inside the letters.
